Every appointment I strive to give you your desired her goals, and to make you feel even more beautiful! Gloss Studio will require a card on file to reserve your appointment if you must cancel or rebook your appointment Gloss Studio requires at least 24 hour notice. All appointments require a non-refundable $25-$50 deposit depending on the service. Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of scheduled service. Guest will be considered a no-show if they are 20 minutes late or do not show up to schedule appointment. Please arrive to your appointment with clean dry hair. (Not wet/damp hair or with extensions) Gloss Studio does not under any circumstances give refunds to services that were completed or no-show/late under a 24 hour notice.
